Publications with Kin K. Leung

Kin Leung joined the Teletraffic Theory and System Performance Department in Bell Labs, which is now the Network Design and Performance Analysis Department in AT&T, headed by Pat Wirth, right after completing his Ph.D. in computer science from UCLA in 1985. My collaborations with Kin began in 1993 when he spent a year as an intern in the Mathematical Sciences Research Center at Bell Labs. Kin and I collaborated on two different research projects: (1) the development of new time-dependent spatial traffic models for wireless communication networks (with Bill Massey) and (2) the application of numerical transform inversion to solve complex product-form stochastic network models (with Gagan Choudhury). Kin was especially eager to do research on wireless, and has been actively working in that area since joining the Broadband Wireless Systems Research Department headed by Paul Henry in 1996.

Like me, Kin has entered academia. In 2004 Kin started teaching at Imperial College. His coordinates are:
