*Lecture outlines for 2011 are generally ready the night before. As soon as they are ready, they are linked into the schedule. They are linked to this page AFTER the pm class (or the next morning) when the audio recordings are posted.
These outlines are in html; since they have no pictures
we think they print just as well as (or better than) pdf's. (If you have a Mac,
outlines tend to print better using Safari, not Firefox.) If it turns out that
pdf's are needed, we will post them. If you have trouble printing, email
