She is currently writing her doctoral dissertation on cultural practices, historical memory, and violence in Peru (1980-2000). Part of this research was included in e-misférica. Together with other students at Columbia and NYU, she organizes the project Crítica Latinoamericana, where is currently editing the sections “Violencia” and “Colectivos”. Her interests include: Visual Cultures, Latino, and Performance Studies.
