Graduate Students

The graduate students in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese come from various regions of the United States, and from a multitude of nations throughout the world, among them Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Korea, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Russia, Spain, and Venezuela. This diversity enhances the graduate program, and also reflects the cosmopolitan and vibrant nature of New York City, the cultural capital of the world.
