Introduction to Probability Models, tenth edition, Academic Press, New York.
This is a relatively new edition: ISBN Number 978-0-12-375686-2. It would be OK to use the ninth edition or the eighth edition.
The changes are only very minor. The homeworks will be nearly the same. This book is routinely the textbook for IEOR 3106 and IEOR 4106. Many used copies should be available.

It will be cumulative, beginning with Chapter 4. It will cover Chapters 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 (only sections assigned).
